The maps illustrate how a college café was redesigned and show its new facilities.
Overall, it is clear that the café underwent substantial changes over the period and was significantly modernised with new amenities, while the location of toilets, tables and chairs, and the kitchen remained the same.
The most noticeable feature is the construction of outdoor seats and a small area with a barbecue on the south side of the café. The capacity of the area was upgraded to accommodate more visitors. Two rooms where the staff had an opportunity to dine have been removed. A space with takeway food, and a coffee bar were opened in that place. The spot which previously was occupied with a serving area where cooks left all food and drinks, now serves only hot meals. A salad bar was introduced in the west of the café.
In addition, a bin on the east has been improved with the addition of recycling bins. The zone with tables and chairs in the center of the building, the kitchen in the northwest of the map, and toilets on the southeast near the bins remained unchanged.
