The plans illustrate a college cafe before its transformation and how it looks today.
Overall, it is clear that a college cafe has undergone a significant redevelopment with a salad bar, a barbecue, and the outdoor seating being introduced.
In the past, the cafe had a kitchen and serving area in the northwestern side. In general, staff dining rooms was adjacent to tables and chairs, which were in the central part of the area. Moreover, it had toilets in the southeastern corner and a bin was located on the eastern side.
The cafe has experienced a major redesign. For example, serving area has been replaced with hot meals and a bin with recycling bin. In addition, staff dining rooms have been converted into a coffee bar and a take away food. For the new establishments, a salad bar has been constructed on the western side and a barbecue in the southwestern corner outside the cafe. Lastly, the outdoor seating has been built close to the cafe in the southern part.
