The Maps below depict some alterations in a public park located on Arnold Avenue from 1920 to now.
The current map of Grange Park presents some essential changes over the years. to begin with, it is obvious that the center of the park has significantly changed. In other words, the huge fountain is (has) replaced by a square rose garden. In addition, four benches have been relocated subsequently. They are situated around the central rose garden now. Accordingly, the number of rose gardens has been reduced to two, which means that one of the flower beds is no longer present.
Meanwhile, the eastern part of the park enjoys a children’s play area at the right corner. As is clear, the pond for water plants has been removed and replaced with children’s playground. In front of the pond, a water feature has been built recently. It is evident that seats have also been removed to make space for an entrance for car parking respectively.
On the other hand, on the western side, the wooden stage which was designed for musicians is considered to be an amphitheater for occasions today.
