In the original office layout, the building consisted of three main office rooms, a kitchen, a reception area, a toilet, and a storage room. The northern side featured the reception, kitchen, Office 1, and an open-plan office, whereas Office 2 was centrally located. Office 3, along with the toilet and storage, occupied the southern section.
Following the conversion, the building was restructured to serve as a dental clinic, prioritising treatment space and hygiene facilities. The reception area remained in its original position, but the kitchen and Office 1 were replaced with Treatment Room 1. The former open-plan office was divided into Treatment Rooms 2 and 4. Office 2 was transformed into Treatment Room 3, while a new sterilisation room was added just south of it. The toilet and storage room were retained but repositioned slightly to the left for improved accessibility.
Overall, the conversion reflects a functional shift from a general office setting to a clinical environment, with a strong emphasis on patient care and sanitation.
