The given maps illustrate the structural development of the beachwood farm from 1950 to this day.
Overall, the farm is located to the east of the main road, has surrounded by a river through west to south-eastern part of the map. Over the period, the beachwood farm was completely transformed by adding new features, such as farm shop, camping field, solar panels, and holiday cottages.
In 1950, the track in the central part of farmland included only a few facilities alongside it. However, after changing its purpose as a road, modern facilities have been increased with the construction of two parking zones at either end, a camping area for resting, solar panels in the northeastern corner, and finally, holiday cottages opposite to the eastern parking area.
In addition to this, the barn, which previously occupied the place of current holiday cottages, has been relocated to the top of triangle part of the road. Apart from this, fruit trees, soft fruits, and vegetables have remained in their original positions and the farmhouse and chickens have also stayed unchanged in the southeastern part of the farm.
