Overall, it can be seen that Beechwood Farm has become more developed, with a number of new farming facilities and recreational activities added. Also, there have been eco-friendly improvements in terms of energy generation.
In the past, Beechwood Farm had a relatively simple design, with the majority of land in the north-east used for sheep grazing. In the south-east, a number of farm facilities such as the barn, the farmhouse, the chickens area were located. To the north-west, the fruit trees, soft trees and vegetable plots could be found. All the facilities could be accessed by the track and were surrouned by the curving river. Finally, the main road was provided in the north-west part of the site.
Nowadays, Beechwood Farm has changed dramatically throughout the whole of time, with the sheep area being replaced by solar panels, used for energy generation, while the other part accommodates two parking areas and a camping field. As for the south-east side, the barn has been converted into holiday cottages and a new smaller barn has been constructed at the bisection of triangular roads, which have been rebuilt from the tracks. Regarding the fruit trees, soft trees and vegetable plots, they have remained the same, however the only slight change is a farm shop located next to the fruit tress. Lastly, the main road and the river stay unchanged.
