The two maps show the same place at two different times, before and after have some changes.

Overall, the area has changed significantly. Some parts remained the same, but the new building and facilities were added.

Moving to the details is that in 1950 the beechwood farm has a few places. There is fruit trees in the top left. Also, there has soft fruits and vegetables in front of the river. there has chickens, farmhouse and barn in the bottom right. In addition, there has a big place for sheep on the top. There was not road and was just track.

Another map is that today and there added farm shop in same located for fruit trees. Moreover, the located of soft fruits and vegetables are not changed, but there changed the located of barn and it be on the bottom and added holiday cottages in the barn placed. There added solar panels on the right and two places for parking in the left and in the right. Also, there put camping field in the sheep placed. Finally, there removed the track and put road instead of track.
