It is clear that Beechwood Farm’s configuration has been improved in some places since 1950.Tracks have been developed into roads, and there are also some parking lots provided for visitors nowadays.

Between 1950 and 2025, the sheep area has been divided into four parts, including two parking areas, a campsite and a place for solar panels. Meanwhile, the tracks along the farm have been developed into roads, and the barn has been relocated from the corner of the tracks to the intersection of two roads adjacent to the chicken area.

Holiday cottages have been built where the barn stood in 1950. At the same time, a farm shop has been built in the fruit tree area.However, the sites where the farmhouse, chicken area, vegetable area, soft fruit area and fruit tree area are located have not changed over the past 75 years.
