The two blueprints represent the layout variations that will have been taken place in southwest airport throughout a year with labels and pictures. Both maps include several artificial features on the land.
Overall – at first glance, it is clearly seen that the infrastructure of airport will be well constructed in a year to meet the needs of the public.
To commence with , the airport land is divided into two main buildings , one for departures in the left side and other for arrivals in the right side. In the departure site, their is a cafe where passengers can eat and drink , a check in counter for checking tickets, whereas on the arrivals site, no such facilities is provided. On the above of each blocks, contains a passport control for different purposes and a empty areas. Moreover, just next to empty space Thier is small longitudinal block which consists 8 gates has a walkway for moving up and down.
In contrast, in the next year, cafe and check in positions will change, cafe will be constructed just next to the gate of departures and check in will replace the current cafe . However, a new long building will be made in place of check in block. Passport control will be same throughout the year while a small shop will be built in empty space. On the other side, by extending the arrivals area from corner , a new block for the car hire will be made. Additionally, new amenities such as a cafe and ATM shall be provided. Conversely, the building which is on the top will redevelop, by increasing the numbers of gate from 8 to 18 and walkway will be completely removed and replaced by a sky train.
