The maps illustrate the changes made to the layout of the university office since 2005. Overall, the current layout has become more open and spacious, featuring fewer rooms and the addition of modern amenities and updated facilities compared to the previous design.
In 2005, the office had a more traditional arrangement with four desks positioned in different corners of the room, each accompanied by filing cabinets. An armchair and a noticeboard were situated in the northern part of the office, while a photocopier and shelves occupied the southeast corner. The space was divided into three sections by walls, with three desks on one side and a single desk on the other.
The current layout has undergone significant changes. The walls have been removed to create a more open and flexible working environment. The northern section has been eliminated, and four desks are now centrally located to form a collaborative workspace. Additionally, the western section has been transformed into a more comfortable area with sofas, armchairs, and a table, enhancing the office’s social space. A water cooler and coffee machine have been installed to the left of the entrance. Notably, the southeast corner remains unchanged, still housing the photocopier and filing cabinets.
