The images illustrate how pineapples are grown, processed and used for different purposes.
In general, there are numerous steps in this process that detail the stages of growing, processing the pineapples and making pineapple goods.
The first few stages take place in a field where a pineapple crown is grown under sun for 7 months until it reaches the length of 26 cm, and then the pineapple crown is sprayed with ethylene to accelerate ripening during the next 5 months. Once growing process has been completed, we can see 30 cm of the pineapple with 2 kg weigh.
In following stage, ready-made pineapples are washed in water and subsequently coated with wax. After this step, all pineapples put into a special box and exported with the help of ship.
Apart from exporting, washed pineapples are sliced into small pieces, and then they are packed into cans to sell them for consumers. Another purpose of using pineapple is juice. To be specific, harvested and cleaned pineapples are extracted from their leafs, after which pineapples are cut into slices. Next, sliced pineapples loaded into an extractor, which pours the juice of pineapples into bottles.
