The following process explains the process of manufacturing bricks in the factory. The process diagram showcases step wise manufacturing of bricks in a controlled environment. It gives a brief overview of manufacturing bricks starting from raw materials to actual finished product.
Overall, it is clear that the brick making process involves in 7 steps including gathering clay at the beginning and delivering final product at the end.
First of all, clay is collected with the help of a digger. After that roller with a metal grid is used to filter out unwanted part of the clay. Once the filtered clay is obtained, the mixture of sand and water is added. After that the clay is shaped with wire cutter or mould. Once the clay is shaped as bricks, it is dried in a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. After then the bricks are sent to a cooling chamber where they are kept for 48 to 72 hours. Once the bricks are released from the cooling chamber it is packaged. Finally, the finished bricks are delivered in a truck.
