The following process explain the manufacture of the brick in industry. It gives the brief overview of how the system works while making brick which starts with the raw material to the actual product in a controlled environment.
Overall, the brick making process requires seven steps, starting from abstracting raw clay to delivering in industry.
The brick making process starts with the collection of raw material which is clay usually done by the help of digger. Then we use metal grid and roller to abstract fine form of the clay. The clay collected from previous step is add with the mixture of sand and water. After that the brick are shaped with the help of the wire cutter or mold. Then the perfectly shaped bricks are placed in drying for around 24 to 48 hours. The dried bricks are transferred to kiln for moderate temperature of 200 to 980 degree Celsius, then its temperature becomes high (870-1300) degree Celsius. After this process we transfer it to cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Finally bricks are packed and delivered.
