The first step is use digger for dig clays which a main stuff because clay is base to brick. When we extract base it is lay on metal grid which can filter big or small stuffs, then use roller where adds sand and water. There do mix that separate in two groups such as wire cutter and mould. Through that they are become rectangle, but it is not finish. Next step is use dry oven, because bricks wet in fist time. In oven, there are stay between 24 and 48 hours, when time over we use kiln. Kiln include 3 types; 1-moderate is where bricks lay between 200C and 980C; 2- degree increase and they are stay between 870C and 1300C; the last type is cooling chamber there have not degree only lay from 2 to 3 days. After 2 or 3 days, it goes to packaging, here specialists check bricks and wait track for delivery stuff to consumers.
Overall, brick manufacture has seven steps, and it makes of clays, sands and water.
