The given picture illustrates paper’s fabrication from various way. It is obvious from the figure, that paper can be synthesized from wood and paper. This essay will provide how to produce paper from these two ways.
First, paper main materials are wood, specifically from conifer trees. These trees later will logged and converted into wood blocks. Bark will reused and made it into woodchips to decrease the size. After that, these woodchips will pulped and cleaned chemically. Also, cleaning process will removed the debris so the quality of the paper can be well-maintained. The pulp then putted in the paper maker machine, to be rolled, pressed, and resulted in a pre-finish paper. The pre-final product later will be cutted and packed so that can be delivered to the customers.
Another alternative, paper can be produced from ex-used paper that come from re-cycling centre. Quite similar with first process, after being translocated into the factory, the ex-used paper will bailed. After that, there are pulping and cleaning steps. Additional step, to removed the ink from the paper waste, the pulp will putted in the de-inking machine. Then the pulp will putted in the paper maker machine to be converted into final paper.
