Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writing to express my complaint about the garbage collection service in Villary community. Please let me elaborate.

I would like to inform you that the rubbish collection process has not been regular for the last three months. Therefore, I’m writing to you aiming to find a solution for this issue which is causing many dreadful impacts on the citizens of the community. As it is mentioned in the building regulations, there are three days for collecting garbage, which are Monday, Wednesday and Friday for trash, household waste and recyclables, respectively. Although building managers are collecting waste on time and putting trash cans in the collection sites, dumping cars are not coming.

This situation is causing many dreadful impacts on people, including accumulation of waste for weeks near the garage, preventing car parking. Moreover, due to improper waste collection, there are many undesirable odours and exudates coming out which are extremely detrimental for all.

I would suggest that you think about changing the collection company, and I could propose Biocoll company as an effective alternative because it is a well-known provider of such a service. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter, and I could be contacted at the address mentioned above.
