The two illustrations depict the data on police-related expenditure within 2022 and 2023 in the nation of Flowery, while first one shows the sources and the second give information about it’s distribution.
In general, both 3 aspects of the money’s origins increased a bit after a year, whereas the spending into incomes still takes the majority, albeit being slightly reduced.
For the table, it can be seen that the National government provided over a half of the budget, and it grew by 2.3 million euros after one year’s time from 2022. Local taxes, on the other hand, gained the most margin of growth, with 11.1 million euros. This means that from 91.2 million in 2022, it rose to 102.3 in the following year. Other sources, like grants had the least amount of money and growth, with 38 million, added with only half a million euros the next year. From above, the total went up moderately by 13.9 million euros, reaching 318.6 million at 2023.
Moving on, the expenditure on 3 areas shifted slightly in 1 year. Staff’s income from taking 3 quarters in 2022, it then had just over two-thirds in 2023. This is the opposite scenario for technology, which has benefited 6% after a year, while the only one to be unchanged was buildings and transport, staying in 17% throughout the time.
