Overall, there are in five different grades and year: Kindergarten, Grade 1-2, Grade 3-4, Grade 5-6 and Grade 7-8 in 1999 to 2004. Notably, the kindergarten school have a significant increases in each period.
In terms of data, In 1999, the kindergarten school for attended at 2.5% in this period, while the other grades students have an average of percentages approximately 1.5% to 1.6% on this chart.
