China leads the way with the most visitors at 1,453,798, although the average length of stay is relatively short at 12.2 days with an average spending of US$658. Russia has a relatively high average length of stay at 17.8 days, with 275,082 visitors spending an average US$798. Australian tourists spent the most and stayed relatively long. The average stay is also quite long at 12.8 days, meaning many visitors spend more time and money there.
Visitors to Japan 571,000 and Korea 987,635 tend to stay for around 11 days and spend about $984 and $854 respectively, which is significantly less than in Western countries. Cambodia attracts fewer tourists 187,986 who spend an average of $120 and stay for just 3.2 days, showing a trend of brief visits and lower expenditure.
