The given table presents data on percentages of collecting taxs in five countries as Sweden, USA, Korea, Japan, Turkey for 4 years between 1975 and 2005.
Overall, at the beginning of the period the highest rate of tax collected was in Sweden and the second in USA.Other three countries had approximately similar proportion.Moreover, till the end of the period Sweden continued for being first rather than counterparts.Therefore,USA stayed constantly almost a quarter in all years.
It can be clearly observed that Sweden had the highest rate in all years rather than other 4 countries (46% in 1975, 47% in 1985, 51% in 1995, 70,1% in 2005), respectively.Also, it is clear that at the beginning USA had 25,1% having bigger rate than other countries (Korea , Japan, Turkey).In 1985 , USA’s rate rose only for 0,3% and to 2%,2,2% (in 1995,2005).
It is clear from the data that Korea showed significantly change rising from 15,1% (in 1975) to 27,3% in 2005.Japan also have illustrated growth for approximately 16% over the period.Moreover , Turkey’s rate presented only 16,4% at the beginning.However,it fell to 15% in 1985.After ten year, this country showed dramatically increase to 24% and 27,4% in 2005, respectively.
