Overall, while the types of travel in 4 different mode include in walking, bicycle, motorcycle, and bus saw an downward trend, the opposite was true for in remaining modes drung the period. Besides, it is clear that car and train were the most popular type of travel in 2007.
As regards the first, in 1977, car held a dominant position in the average annual distance ran by adults, with 3500km which more than double to 7,100m, making it ranked first in 2007 . Similarly, the distance by train moved saw a slight increase, rising from 900km to 1000km. The number of miles adults traveled using taxi was 200km in 2007, and then this figure witnessed a significant rise to 800km in 2007.
Regarding the remaining types, 800km was the distance traveled by bus in 1977 and a declined sharply by 300km in 2007. Besides, motocycle also showed a minimal fell from 100km in 1977 to 90km in 2007. In addition, the distances moved by walking and bicycle both decreased. 400km was the distances traveled by walking, compared to bicycle with 100km.
