In contrast, Europe has the highest rise of population of people in age 60 and over, while Africa has the lowest percent score (31 and 12 percent in comparison). It may have happen due to migration of population to more comfortable and fashionable areas such as Central Europe or also to North America.
Talking about numbers, Europe, North America and Asia have the highest rates of percents (31, 26 and 28 percent). Latin America and Oceania are in a middle (26% and 22%). Africa takes a least 12%. The whole world percent takes 24% which again proves the total increase of people over 60 in our population in future. Some of that might happen due to a longer lifespan of each person nowadays.
