The table illustrates change of the hiring workers between men and women in 1993 and 2003. There are spheres like manufactoring, building, commerce, services, informational technology and farming.
In 1993 manufactoring was 55% men and 45% women, obveously that in this sphere men’s percentage is more that women’s. But in 2003 men’s percentage decreased to 3%, when women’s percentage increased and became 48%. In 1993 building there was 68% men, while women quantity was only 32%. Of course in this type of hard work will be more men. Meanwhile in 2003 men’s percentage noticeably decreased to 8%. In commerce is different situation. in 1993 men’s percentage was 45%, when women’s was 55%. But in 2003 men’s quantity increaced to 5%, and women’s percentage was iqual to men’s. Services are also very different. in 1993 men was only 14%, when women was taking most part. But in 2003 men’s count rocketly increased till 40%. Now information technology. in 1993 with a huge margin men had 80%, when women had only 20%. But in 2003 men’s quantity sharply decreased to 10%. And now the last one-farming. In 1993 men also was taking the most part, while women was taking only quater. Then in 2003 it also decreased to 10%.
overall, it is clear that in most spheres men’s percentage is more that women’s. But in 10 years women’s quantity is increasing. and may be one day it will be the same as men’s.
