The table shows how much fish was caught and also imported for the city of Perth over a ten years period from 2004 to 2014. Overall we can see that the total amount of fish increased over the period and there was more local fish than there was imported fish in every year.
In the beginning of the period local fish was just over two and a half thousand metric tons. This figure then increased sharply over the following four years and hit a peak over eight thousand in 2008. Over the next four years the figures dropped steady to nearly half this amount in 2012 Then there was a slight increase at the end. Numbers for imported fluctuated much more than local fish. The general trend was up and the highest point was in 2012 with 1227.3 tons. After this the numbers seem to decrease.
