The table provides a comparison of residents living across four different types of accommodation, comparing three areas namely Central, Green Park, and Southberg in the UK.
Overall, considerable differences can be observed among the three regions presented. While Central area accounted for the highest ratings across most criteria, the opposite was true for Green Park area, which generally recorded comparatively lower values. Another notable feature is that flat/apetment received consistently high evaluations, although a significant disparity existed in how semi-detached and detached were perceived.
In terms of the major categories, Central area emerged as the leading group, recording notably high figues in nearly all aspects surveyed. The Detached stood at 39%, which was approximately triple the amount recorded for Green Park area. Similarly, the figures for Semi-detached also remained remarkably high at around 28%. These values were significantly higher than those recorded for the remaining groups.
By comparison, Green Park and Southberg accounted for relatively more modest percentage levels overall. Recording to Green Park area, although Flats/Apartment recorded a remarkably high value at 76%, the corresponding figures for Detached was sustainablly lower, at only 5%. Notably, a striking contrast was observed in Southberg area, while it represented the weakest performance overall, trailed far behind its counterparts in Semi-detached at merely 5%, this subject actually surpassed Green Park area in Terraced with a figure of 56%.
