It is clear that the majority of students, both undergraduate and postgraduate, were very satisfied with the study facility. In contrast, satisfaction levels were lower for the social facility and cafeteria, with a higher proportion of students expressing dissatisfaction in these areas.
Looking at undergraduate students, 75% were very satisfied with the social facility, which is similar to the satisfaction level for the study facility at 85%. In contrast, only half of the students were satisfied with the cafeteria. Additionally, 20% of students were quite satisfied with the social facility, while 5% were dissatisfied. For the study facility, 8% were quite satisfied and 7% were dissatisfied, and for the cafeteria, 35% were quite satisfied and 15% were dissatisfied.
Turning to postgraduate students, 65% were very satisfied with the social facility, which was lower than the proportion of postgraduates very satisfied with the study facility, at 90%. However, satisfaction with the cafeteria was lower, with only 40% expressing very satisfied. The proportion of students quite satisfied with the social facility and cafeteria was the same, at 25%, whereas for the study facility, it was 6%. A higher proportion of postgraduate students expressed dissatisfaction, with 10% dissatisfied with the social facility, 4% with the study facility, and 35% with the cafeteria.
