The table compares changes in the amount of waste production in six countries types ( Ireland, Japan, Korea, Poland, portugal, and US) in the separate years 1980, 1990, and 2000.
Overall, while the same countries were Japan, Korea, and US whose the amount of waste production saw an increase, the reverse was true for the remaining country types. Moreover, the figure for Ireland, Poland, and Portugal under went a negligible increase while the other country showed much bigger changes.
Japan, Korea and the US had a big increase. The figure for the former started at 28tons in 1980 that for Japan, a figure that the saw a slightly gradual increase to 32tons than a big increase with to 53tons in the last year. The figure for the former, not available that for Korea, started at 31tons in 1990, a figure that the saw a slightly decrease to 19tons in the last year. Starting at 131tons the amount of the US increase moderately to 151tons in 1990 before a further to 192tons in 2000.
Focusing on the remaining countries, the amount of Ireland was the saw with 0,6tons after which it was increase to 5tons in the last year. Starting at 4tons the amount of Poland increased to 5tons in 1990,before a further growth to 6,6tons in 2000. The amount of waste production in Portugal rose to 2tons in 1980, after which it improved further to 5tons in 2000
