The table compares the average retirement age of men and women in six countries in 2003.

It is clear from the table that the men and women came from Korea account for the oldest average retirement age, while Francen average retirement age of males and females was the smallest. The American women retired when they were 64 years old as same as the Australian men.

And we can see from the table that both Japan, Italy and France, the men retired in 4 months,the women retired in 9 months. However, the males and females must work until 67 years old,and 66 years old. By contrast, peopel who lived in France only need to work until 57 years old or 56 years old.

In conclusion, the average retirement age of males and females in Korea was the biggest, and both Japan, Italy and France had the same month when people retired.
