The chart below depicts information on the number of persons in millions, visiting 5 different tourist sites in Europe , within a 20 year period ranging from 1981 to 2001.The places includes The British museum, The Rijks museum, Amusement parks, Zoos and The National Aquatic Centre,all located in Europe.
The Amusement parks recorded the highest number of tourists, all through the recorded years and it stood at 7.50 million, 6.80 million, 7.01 million , in the years 1981, 1991 and 2001 respectively.However, the Zoos in Europe had the lowest number of persons visiting , in comparison to other sites of attraction.
The British museum, had a rather interesting trend ,as the persons who visited it ,steadily increased from 2.98 million in the year 1981 and then skyrocketed to 4.30 million in 2001.
A similar pattern was seen amongst the persons , going to the The Rijk museum ,as teh numbers of visitors rose gradually.
The National Aquatic centre saw a rather sluggish decline in the number of tourist from 3.85million to 3.21 million.
