Overall, it can be observed that the total expenditure of literary outlets had increased significantly in the final month. Clear difference can be seen across the used categories on trends. There was a moderate increase in Rent, Professional Fees, Marketing, Maintenance, and other category in December 2018. Meanwhile, Wages & Benefits, Equipment, and Utilities decreased progressively in the final period.
In the initial year, the total costs used for bookstore was reaching $4758, and increased significantly to $6571 in December 2018. Rent was the most dominant figures in January 2018, accounting for $3222 and jumped dramatically to $4909. This was followed by other categories with roughly $444 and rose steadily to $599. Spending on Marketing required $92 more in January, than in December 2018. Professional fees surged drastically with $51 to $132 in the final month. The least figures that had an upward trend was Maintenance with around $10, then it soared slightly to $42.
In contrast, downward trend can be seen as a different pattern as previous trend. The third lowest number in the first year was Equipment, reaching around $53, then declined marginally to $43. Wages & Benefits had $34 cost differences between January and December 2018. Furthermore, Utilities showed relatively massive dropped from $455 to $265 in the final period.
