There was a moderate increase in Rent, Professional Fees, Marketing, Maintenance, and other category in December 2018. Meanwhile, Wages & Benefits, Equipment, and Utilities decreased progressively in the final period.

In the initial year, the total costs used for bookstore was reaching $4758, and increased significantly to $6571 in December 2018. Rent was the most dominant figures in January 2018, accounting for $3222 and jumped dramatically to $4909. This was followed by other categories with roughly $444 and rose steadily to $599.
