The graph illustrates data about public holidays that companies are required to give for their full-time workers in six diffrent countries in 2016.
The fact of the matter is that Sweden and Finland have the highest number of paid vocation that shows Scandinavian culture diffrent comparing to others, not to mention the fact that China, Japan and USA have the lowest numbers and shows for us differences in cultures and diffrent regions. As we can see on the table, they have the lowest total paid holidays relatively to others.
I am inclined to believe that Australia is middle ground, they reached a decent numbers of vocation in total, but at the same time they do not belong to any of these groups. This highlights a divergent aproach to their functionality.
Overall, the graph shows culturally, countries exhibit starkly different paradigms in their way of doing business.
