Overall,it can be seen from the table that the least total paid holidays in Finland was 36 days,which was the highest among these 6 countries.Japanese companies provided their full-time employees with a minimum of 10 days of total paid holidays.
The table shows that Sweden and Finland had more paid vacation than other 4 countries at 25 days.Australian companies were required to give their full-time employees 20 days of paid vacation.Japan and USA had 10 days of paid vacation for their full-time staff.China had the least number of paid vacation at 5 days.
It can be seen from the table that China and Finland had11 days of paid public holidays,more than the second-largest number of paid public holidays in Australia and USA at 10.Sweden and Japan didn’t have paid public holidays.
