The table compares the number of cars manufactured in three different countries: Argentina, Australia, and Thailand, between 2003 and 2009.
Overall, while car production in Australia experienced a considerable decline, Argentina and Thailand saw increases, with Thailand consistently having the highest output.
In 2003, Thailand produced about 735,000 cars, nearly three times more than Argentina’s 235,000 and significantly higher than Australia’s 452,163. Over the next two years, Argentina’s production rose by approximately 120,000 cars, while Australia’s output fell sharply to around 340,000. In the same period, Thailand’s production peaked at over 1.1 million cars in 2005.
From 2004 onwards, Australia’s car production continuously decreased, ending at 245,624 in 2009. Thailand maintained its leading position, though its production also declined slightly to nearly 1 million cars. Meanwhile, Argentina’s output gradually increased, finishing at over 460,000 cars by 2009.
