The table delineates number of motor vehicles per 1,000 citizens in eight countries between 1990 to 2000. As is presented, it showed that the number of motor vehicles owned by 1,000 inhabitants was dominated by Luxembourg, and the ruling switched to Brazil in the year of 2000.
In 1990, Luxembourg reached 548 number of vehicles owned by citizens, followed by New Zealand on the second place. Meanwhile Bahamas was more than half New Zealand, which is 235. Chile and Romania had the same number, which are less than a third of Bahamas. Below that was Brazil and Jornal, while the least number of motocycles owned was in Cambodia.
Moving forward to the year of 2000, the leading country was Brazil that demonstarted a significant uplift from 55 to 1,350. The second lead was Romania that met above 8,000 figues, spefically 8,102 which grew more than a third fifth compared to 1990. Other countries that showed some upward trend were Jordan, Chille, and New Zealand, while Cambodia remained stagnant. On the other hand, one of the countrry that showed declining trend was Bahamas.
