It can be clearly seen that the greatest increase in Brazil which owned motor vehicles by population, while the total quantity of motor machines per 1000 dwellers went down, whereas how many motor vehicles each 1,000 residents remained unchanged in the given decade.
The following 10 years witnessed a drammatic growth in the number of population who had machines in Brazil from 55 to 13580, while there were a quick rise in the quantity of motor vehicles each 1,000 residents in Romania in 1990 was 68 in 2000 8012, whereas in Chile,in New Zealand and in Luxembourg motor vehicles which owned by inhabitants went up slowly through the period.
From 1990 to 2000, there was a slow decrease in the number of motor vehicles per 1000 inhabitants in Bahamas from 235 to 187 while the number of vehicles per 1000 residents remained unchanged throughout this period. An interesting point, in 1990 Chile and Romania which had got motor vehicles per 1000 inhabitants were the same to 68.
