The table chart illustrates information about the percentage of employers in several sectors having difficulty in finding staff in 2003 and 2004.The data has been calibrated in percentage.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the maximum skilled employers worked in commerce and manufacturing sectors, and the least unskilled workers worked in services and commerce sectors in both the years.
To commence with, in 2003 and 2004, the proportion of skilled workers in manufacturing and building sectors were similar which was 45%, while the share of services sectors and commerce sectors were also the same which was 41 percent. In addition to this, in 2003, the percentage of unskilled employers in building, commerce and services sectors were about 22% as well as manufacturing sectors had the highest percentage in both the years.
Furthermore, the ratio of untrained staff in commerce sectors was 19% and in services sectors were 29% in the year 2004. Moving further, manufacturing had the largest proportion in technical and managerial staff as well as the unit of technical and managerial staff in commerce sectors was negligible in 2004. However, in 2003, it was 2% in services and commerce sectors.
