Overall, while the percentage of low-income householders increased sharply during 15 years, reaching in 2020, high and middle-income levels have maintained steadly increase.
Firstly, the percentage of higher-incomed people with internet access experienced a slight upside at the end of the period comparing to the levels in 2015; however, almost all high-income households have become to access Internet in 2020. The ones having average-income in 2005 saw an increase of over hundred percent in Internet access, when came to 2020.
On the other hand, in 2020, the proportion of the citizens with middle-income significantly approached to the ones having more income in 2020, making them more easily access to Internet in comparison with those having lower income.
In conclusion, although the percentage of the citizens with lower wealthy has showed remarkable increase at the end of the period, it remained lower compared to people having higher incomes than them.
