Starting with the year 2001, the field that has lost the most of its employees of both gender is Government M (45%), F (41%) This doesn’t change in 2016, M (38%) and F (42%), there is a visible drop for Male workers, dropping to . For the women there is only a 1% increase.
Unlike the latter, others men have a percentage of 26 and females have 28 in 2001 but there is a dramatic change in female workers in 2016.
