The presented table shares the data about the comparison of female and male bicycle riders in different ages from 0 to 60+ in 2012. Units are measured in percentages.
Overall, apparently the highest amounts of riders were people aged 0-9. In contrast individuals between the ages of 40-59 accounted for the lowest percentage of cycling activity.
Seemingly, the statistics of women riding bicycles were dominant as compared to men in all ages.
Specifically, The percentage of both genders were almost the same in age-groups of 0-9, which was roughly 50. As for those who were 20 – 39 and over 60, the proportions were almost 19 for masculine and 10 and 14 for feminine respectively. There was a huge difference between the riders of two genders aged 10 and 19 which was 43.6 in women and 25.1 for men. Meanwhile, the age groups of 40 – 59 show with the lowest cycling activity accounting for 13.74 female and 9.3 in male.
