The table illustrates the information on the use of different types of fuel among five different Asian countries in the year 2005. It gives a summary of percent of fuels consumed by each countries.
Japan is the highest consumer of Nuclear power among the other Asian countries, where Thailand doesn’t utilize the energy from them. On the contrary, Thailand leads in the consumption of Petroleum products, where Japan uses only few along with Hydro and wind energy. Coal and Lignite are majorly used by Malaysia, while they consume less Petroleum products.
Singapore is the second highest in the consumption of Coal and lignite. South Korea tops the list in generating Hydro and wind energy, but comes second in generating Nuclear power. On the overall view of generating other types of electricity, Thailand comes first, followed by Singapore and Japan, while South Korea is the least but Malaysia comes before them.
Each country has its own majority of using and generating resources, with the respect to its economic and socio development ethics, some counties also have less utilizing of certain resources for the generation of electricity. Due to the rise in global warming conditions, each country should use the resources effectively.
