The table illustrates the results of surveys in 2005, 2010 and 2015 about McGill University.
Overall, it is clear that four categories presented fluctuations while one remained unchanged in the table over the years. Some categories’ figures showed a sharp increase whilst some of them decreased over the years. Only one category kept its value unchanged during the years.
In 2005, library resources recorded the highest figure which was 86, and in the next five years it continued its dominant position, reaching 88. Similarly, the value in the category of student services increased notably from 54 to 81 and remained in the second place over the period. By contrast, both categories which stood at 74 and 39 (teaching quality and range of modules offered) experienced a slight decrease to 72 and 31 respectively, although sports and social facilities remained stable at 65 during the five years.
In 2015, library resources fell slightly to 87 and student services became the highest category, increasing sharply to 95. Compared to 2010, teaching quality increased to 78 while the range of modules offered decreased steadily to 25. However, sports and social facilities did not change during all the years.
