Overall, female members expressed the highest levels of satisfaction with the opening hours, whereas male members rated the club facilities most favorably. Additionally, the satisfaction rates for club activities were notably similar across both genders.
In detail, female respondents exhibited significant satisfaction with the opening hours, achieving a noteworthy 72% rate of ‘very satisfied’, complemented by 25% who reported being ‘satisfied’. Only a mere 3% expressed dissatisfaction. Conversely, satisfaction related to club facilities was also high, as 64% of female members were ‘very satisfied’, with 22% being ‘satisfied’ and 14% stating that they were ‘not satisfied’. The satisfaction levels regarding the range of activities were relatively balanced, with 35% of women indicating they were ‘very satisfied’, another 35% ‘satisfied’, and 30% ‘not satisfied’. This reflects a diverse range of perspectives among female members.
Turning to male members, the data indicates that 63% rated the club facilities as ‘very satisfied’, alongside 27% who were ‘satisfied’, leaving only 10% dissatisfied. The satisfaction towards activities was slightly less pronounced, with 55% expressing a ‘very satisfied’ view, which was 11% higher than the ratings for opening hours. Notably, the dissatisfaction with opening hours was marked at 37%, contrasting sharply with the lower dissatisfaction rates in the other categories.
