The table compares the findings of a survey conducted to discover members’ opinions about the activities, facilities, and opening hours of a city sports club.
Overall, a sizable percentage of female members were very satisfied with the club’s hours and amenities, whereas male members rated the club’s activities most favorably. Additionally, there was a striking difference between female and male respondents’ reports regarding dissatisfaction with the activities and opening hours.
In detail, female respondents exhibited significant satisfaction with the opening hours, achieving a noteworthy 72% rate of “very satisfied”, complemented by 25% who reported being “satisfied”. Only a mere 3% of members, a tiny fraction, expressed dissatisfaction. Moreover, satisfaction related to the club’s facilities was also high, with 64% of female members being “very satisfied”, almost 22% “satisfied”, and 14% stating they were “not satisfied”. The satisfaction levels regarding the range of activities were relatively balanced, accounting for 70% in total, with both “very satisfied” and “satisfied” categories making up around 35% each. The proportion of females who were “not satisfied” stood at 30%, reflecting a diverse range of perspectives among female members.
Turning to male members, the data indicates that 63% rated the club’s facilities as “very satisfied”, alongside 27% who were “satisfied”, leaving only 10% dissatisfied. The degree of satisfaction with the variety of activities was more apparent, accounting for 95% of the total, with 55% being “very satisfied” and 40% “satisfied”, while only an insignificant minority expressed dissatisfaction. Furthermore, dissatisfaction with the opening hours was marked at 37%, contrasting sharply with the lower dissatisfaction rates in the other categories.
