The table highlights data on results of a survey among members of city sport club to find out their opinion on activities, facilities, and opening hours of club.
Overall, the opening hours were the most satisfied one among female members, while this was the case for men in club facilities. Additionally, satisfaction rates for the club activities were relevantly same among each gender.
Looking at details, between 3 categories, women were the most satisfied by opening hours (72%), followed by club facilities (64%). The rates for satisfied option were almost identical for club activities and opening hours at 25% and 22% respectively. Only less than 15% of women were not satisfied with club facilities which was the 5 times higher than opening hours. Moreover, the percentage for the range of activities was almost equally shared.
When it comes to men, they liked club facilities the most at 63%, while only 27% of them were normally satisfied and one tenth of male members showed dissatisfaction. Range of activities was the second favorable with 55% being 11% more than opening hours. Only 5% of men disliked range of activities, in contrast, opening hours were dissatisfied by the majority compared to the other categories(37%).
