The table illustrates the results of a research to discover how participants who join a city sports club feel about the club’s activities, facilities and opening hours in three extents: very satisfied, satisfied and not satisfied at all.
Overall, a clear divergence can be observed that while female members are pleased with opening hours than male members, men seem to be more glad to have a range of activities. In addition, there is no significant difference between males and females in the satisfied level of club facilities.
As it presents in the table, in the set of activities, the rate of men members accounts for 55%, more than 20% the proportion of women members in higher delightment. Besides, the ratio of satisfied clients is around 40% whereas the fraction of dissatisfied members has a large distance with women at 30% and men at only 5%. In club facilities, the percentage of both genders who are very pleased comprises nearly 64% and the proportion of both participants in both satisfied or dissatisfied are also equally.
Looking at the opening hours, it can easily be seen that 72% of men are more satisfied than 44% of women. However, 25% of women and 19% of men are pleased with the opening hours. There is a significant distance in dissatisfaction between female and male, which account for 3% and 37%.
