The table illustrates the global share market in percentage for the seven different smartphone manufacturing companies for the years 2005 and 2006.
Overall, in both years, Nokia was widely famous, while BenQ Mobile was least favored by the users.
In 2005,Nokia had 32.5% of the share market,whereas in 2006 the percentage roses by almost 2% and became 35%. Similarly, Motorolo also experienced nealy 4% of jump from 17.7% to21.1%. However,Sony Ericsson had minimal rise in percentage which was from 6.3 to7.4%.
Samsung, LG,BenQ Mobile and others experienced a drop in the share market with a year. Samsung and LG had a marginal chage which was less than a percentage, but BenQ Mobile had over a two percentage of drop, while others had to experience noticable reduction from 19.2 to 16.2 %.
