The table shows the proportion of monthly households income spend on food and drink, housing, clothing, and entertaiment on five European countries.
As can be seen on the table, items that all countries spent the most was on food and drink and housing, and the lowest spending items were clothing and entertaiment.
UK spent it’s most income on housing, at around 37%, while for dood and drink item, the percentage at 27%. In contrast, Turkey spent it’s biggest incone which was accounted for 36% for food and drink, and only 20% for housing.
In clothing and entertaiment category, France spent the lowest number at 7% and 13%, respectively. Meanwhile, Germany spent more on these two categories compared to other four countries at 15% and 19%, respectively.
