Overall,male employees tend to have more health problems than female workers.Both genders have minor health problems more often than issues which require serious hospitalization.
Most common minors problems among male workers are foreign body in eye(54 cases) and ingested chemicals(42 cases),followed by hearing problems with 31 cases and foot injuries with 23 cases.However, males are less familiar with arm or hand injuries(0 cases).Evem though male employees have a lot of cases of certain health issues,only few of them have cases when the problem required serious hospitalization.Most of them are again foreign body in eye,which had 10 cases with required hospitalization,while the rest of issues had 0-2 of them.
Like male employees female workers are alsoseem to have more minor health problems cases than those which require serious treatment.Their most common cases on minor issues are also foreign body in eye and ingested chemicals both with 24 cases.But unlike male workers,female cases are less common,both in minor and serious problems.
