The table illustrates proportion of spending on particular areas like education and training with participation in Poland,Czech Republic,Romania,Hungary and Slovenia.
Overall,it is clear that Slovenia takes first place at expenditure rate,while Poland has lowest rate.However,Poland with 44% gets first place at participation rate,whreas Slovenia gets secand place with 40%.It means that expenditure rate and participation rate doesn’t related to each other.
As can be seen from the table,Slovenia had the highest percantege at expendituring with 25%.Hovewer there is no any dramatic differences between other four countries.For instance,Hungary takes 2 place with 13%,while Romania with 3% less (10%) than that of.With 1 proportion difference Czech Republic had 9% which is more 4% than Poland which takes 5th place.
Turning to participation rate, Poland wich take the last place at expenditure, takes the first place with 44%.The second place was taken over Slovenia which is 4 percent less(40%) than Poland.And the last place gets to Romania with 23 percents,while other countries like Hungary and Czech Republic gets 34 and 27% percent
