The table provides information about how much money spending on sports and participation rate in five countries in 2002. It is clear that although the Poland invested less money on the such program, the number of youngsters participated was the highest. By contrast, Slovenia have not recorded the highest result even with highest expenditure.
Looking at Poland, the government spent 5% of their money on sport programs and 44% of the young have participated on sports. In Slovenia, 40% of young people participated, with 25% investment.
Regarding Czech republic, 27% of children have taken part, spending 9% of government budget on sports. Additionally, Romania had expense about 10%, and 23% participation was accounted. In the hungary, 34% of offspring were involved in sports, with the help of 13% government funding.
